This release updates the PHP version to 8.3.36 to fix two critical vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 ([GHSA-w8hw-w9fx-j79w](https://github.com/php/php-src/security/advisories/GHSA-w8hw-w9fx-j79w)) and CVE-2026-109619 ([GHSA-6wmf-4rv5-p3rp](https://github.com/php/php-src/security/advisories/GHSA-6wmf-4rv5-p3rp))

With this release, FrankenPHP is also updated to version 1.13

Please update solidtime and any other PHP applications you are running **immediately**.

## Goals
You can now add and track **Goals** for yourself inside of solidtime!

Goals let you set yourself a time target and follow your progress towards it, for example:
* track at least **6 hours per day**
* spend **20 hours per week on a project**
* or keep **meetings under 5 hours per week**. 

They have a **target amount of hours** within a **specified period (day, week, month)** and can be configured to be achieved if you surpass the target (e.g., a minimum of 20 hours worked per week on project X) or stay below the threshold (e.g., a maximum 10 hours with the tag meeting).

solidtime はオープンソースで、ソフト自体は無料です。自分のサーバー（VPSなど）で動かす場合はサーバー代（月額数百円〜）がかかります。公式のクラウド版（有料プラン）も提供されています。

solidtime は日本語で使えますか？

リポジトリ内に日本語の翻訳ファイルを自動検出できませんでした。実際の画面での日本語表示は確認できていないため、導入前に公式のデモやドキュメントで確認してください。

solidtime を商用利用できますか？

ライセンスは AGPL-3.0 です。AGPL は社内利用や自社サービスのバックエンドとしての利用は可能ですが、改変してネットワーク越しに提供する場合はソース公開義務があります。SaaSとして再販する場合は注意してください。

Toggl Track から solidtime に移行できますか？
