Wagtail は Python / Django で書かれた CMS で、StreamField というブロック型の編集 UI が特徴です。NASA や Google など大規模サイトでの採用実績があり、ヘッドレスとしても従来型としても使えます。

Wagtail を起動 ― README の手順どおり起動
