Matomo はオープンソースで、ソフト自体は無料です。自分のサーバー（VPSなど）で動かす場合はサーバー代（月額数百円〜）がかかります。公式のクラウド版（有料プラン）も提供されています。

Matomo は日本語で使えますか？

UIの日本語化は「98%」です（翻訳ファイル lang/ja.json）。UI日本語対応。PHP + MySQL で動くため一般的なレンタルサーバーでも動作。

Matomo を商用利用できますか？

ライセンスは GPL-3.0 です。社内利用は問題ありません。改変版を配布する場合はソース公開義務があります。
